Resident involvement

  • Developing and recruiting teams of residents to become auditors / inspectors, who undertake a range of activities from mystery shopping to whole KLOE analysis. These groups are developed to become a resource within the organisation to undertake surveys, focus groups and reality checking activities that support service managers in Best Value reviews and lead to the improvement of services generally.
  • In more recent times training and supporting staff to run and manage resident auditor and mystery shopping teams by providing materials and databases together with support to project plan various initiatives together with some direct work with the teams.
